Tracking Isn't Updating

Are you looking at your tracking info and see that it is either delayed or isn't updating? It's super rare that USPS or FedEx (our two shipping options) get delayed or forget to scan a package at one of the stops along the way, but it does happen -- apparently they ship a lot of stuff!

The good news is that it typically only results in a minor delay and, in the case of the tracking not updating, it often is still delivered on time. If after an additional day or two your package isn't delivered and/or tracking is still not showing the package, please shoot us a note at [e-mail]!
